Natural sunlight also maintains the proper circadian rhythm and increases the production of melatonin at night for better sleep.

TIPS FOR A GREAT WORKOUT OUTDOORS

Dress like it’s a few degrees colder than it really is. When your body warms up, it looks warmer than it really is, so dress accordingly. (i.e. when it’s cold, keep your jacket nearby to wear after your workout.)

Wear sunscreen and a hat if you are going to be outside for a long time.
Take water with you, because there may not be a water well.

Try to go to the public training ground in the park – there are a lot of horizontal bars, monkey bars, diving stations, etc. So you can get a lot more exercise.

If your gym has an outdoor area (or a quiet parking lot), you can even try to work out there. Try taking dumbbells or kettlebells for transportation, or a swing with weights.
